French 1920s double arm towel rail

A fine example of a French 1920s antique glass towel rail, these are rare to find in such good condition. No chips to glass and nickel plated mounting bracket in great condition. Arms rotate 180 degrees. They look stunning in a period bathroom and I have seen them used in kitchens too.
 
The towel rail measures 54cm in length
The metal mounting plate measures just under 17cm tall
