Pair of Antique Brass & Ceramic Hat / wig Display Stands late 19th century.
Rare find in such excellent condition perfect for period home or shop display. These are rare survivors from a time when hats were considered essential everyday wear. These stunning stands are in excellent condition as found, original wooden top covered in red velvet it has a wonderful patina you only get with genuine antique items. One of the stands has a very slight slight bend in the brass column from age and use, black ceramic bases are in very good order with minimal surface wear.
